Rachel has completed a PhD specialising in the use of omega-3 fatty acids for people with chronic kidney disease. She has published five papers and spoken at international conferences in this field. She has also worked to develop evidence-based guidelines for people with chronic kidney disease and cancer patients. Rachel has taught nutrition and dietetics at university level.
In practice Rachel is qualified to treat patients with all types of chronic diseases including diabetes, obesity and heart disease. She has a special interest in helping people break free from emotional eating and is also interested in all aspects of maternal and child health including nutritional needs for PCOS, fertility and pregnancy.
